My Approach: Attachment-Focused, Trauma-Informed

Understanding and healing our early relationships with parents and traumas can help us change the patterns that keep us stuck both in relationships and in life, generally.

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety in relationships, repeating unhealthy relationship cycles, or feeling disconnected from your partner, attachment-focused therapy helps you:

  • Understand your attachment style and how it developed
  • Recognize patterns that began in childhood and persist today
  • Develop more secure ways of relating to yourself and others
  • Make conscious choices instead of automatic reactions
  • Resolve unresolved traumas that plague you
  • Resolve unresolved losses (grief)

I integrate Schema Therapy, Experiential techniques, and guided meditation to create a collaborative therapeutic relationship in support of healing.
